Students currently enrolled in our department who wish to receive academic and exam adaptation services must fill out this form and send it, along with their course schedule and medical board report, to engelsizgaün@gaziantep.edu.tr. Students who do not submit this application with the relevant attachments will not receive any adaptation services. Applications must be submitted via email by February 15, 2026.
